Trace will explore the boundaries between art and craft, creating an environment where each are the same and each deal with the idea of a Trace.
Curators are looking for makers, visual artists, film makers, performance artists, sound artists and text artists that create work with an idea that there is a Trace a Trace of something that once belonged, a Trace of something that once happened, a Trace of a suggestion. The title can be taken literally or ambiguously.

Antlers Gallery is one of the most recent and intriguing editions to Bristols art scene. Launched in 2010 they represent an emerging group of artists who bring contemporary interpretations to traditional methods and subjects.
Central to all the artists work are skill-based practices, good draughtsmanship with a particular focus on drawing and painting. Works with strong narrative elements, pieces that evoke a sense of the uncanny and references to the natural world also unify the artists. For the first time this rapidly developing Bristol scene will be on show in London, with the Antlers curated show Other Nature.

The Handmade in the Hills Collective is run by makers and designed to promote and sell the work being created in our rural community. All of the work sold on their website is produced by artists and makers in the hidden valleys and on the rolling hills of Ceredigion. The aim at Handmade in the Hills is to create a thriving online marketplace for this work and to promote the arts and crafts of Ceredigion. Their makers are chosen carefully, and everything sold on their site is made to the highest standard.
