The Gallery space at The Hawth, Crawley will be filled with minimalist abstract art between 17 and 29 March, when Worthing artist Mike Rome exhibits 28 of his paintings at this popular venue.
Mike produces a unique range of abstract �brushed-out� oils under his alias of Joey Romero and each work in his Series 4, 5 & 6 of the range is on show and for sale at �300 per painting.
All the paintings can be viewed on his website at www.mikerome.co.uk. There are also images of some of the paintings �in-situ�. These images illustrate how well the style of the work can add interest to corporate spaces as well as to rooms in the home.
If you�re not an avid fan of abstract art, don�t worry, you can also find representational works on Mike�s website, together with a guide to other forthcoming exhibitions featuring some of these pieces.
About Mike Rome
Mike is a Worthing artist and has been painting for over 25 years.
He was employed as a graphic designer until 2004, but then in 2005, decided to launch his own website and concentrate on his art. He exhibits and sells regularly.
Mike is the Publicity Organiser and Membership Secretary for the Downland Art Society, based in Walberton near Arundel. He is also a member of the Arun Art Society and Bognor Regis Art Society.
