Exhibiting With RAG

We believe in making it clear to artists & makers what they can expect when working with the Revolutionary Arts Group ... and in that spirit, here are the conditions for exhibiting with the Revolutionary Arts Group.

There is usually a fee for exhibiting with the Revolutionary Arts Group events, which covers the costs on that particular event.  Cheques should be made payable to RAG.

All work included in the Revolutionary Arts Group events is to be for sale. We ask that work is clearly marked with one fixed and one removable label bearing the artist’s name, title of work and the full sale price. All payments for sales will be made to the Revolutionary Arts Group. Artists are responsible for any tax or duty which may be payable to HM Revenue and Customs.

Of the full sale price, the Revolutionary Arts Group will take 20% commission. The artist will be paid for any sales within 30 days of the Revolutionary Arts Group's  events.

Any buyer remains a client of the Revolutionary Arts Group, who will retain contact details where appropriate, and any correspondence between the artist and buyer will be through the Revolutionary Arts Group.

The artist is responsible for insuring any work included in any of the Revolutionary Arts Group's events.

The artist agrees to the Revolutionary Arts Group using their name and images of their work in promotional material for this event. This also includes use of the artist’s name and images on the Revolutionary Arts Group's  websites.

Usually, we ask that all work is delivered to the Revolutionary Arts Group's  events by 11am on the first day of the exhibition - any work delivered after this time will not be included in the exhibition and any fee paid will not be reimbursed. There may be other arrangements for larger events.

All work to be collected from the Revolutionary Arts Group's  events between 5 - 6pm on the last day of the exhibition. There may be other arrangements for larger events.

Any work not collected will be stored by the Revolutionary Arts Group at a cost of £5 per item per day
