Being part of "couRAGe" was like being a kid in a candy shop! All my favourite kinds of work in such a beautiful venue.

Nathan's video pieces took on a new life inside a church, and felt a bit like the middle section of the film 'The Shining', when we see glimpses of horror amongst the serene setting. I loved the "Apathy is Catching" barbie piece which was strangely hypnotic. Placing it in the pulpit was a stroke of genius.

Dan's "Seventeen" installation reminded me of soundwaves vibrating and travelling through space, and it gave the whole space an odd sense of interrupted perspective that I found really interesting. "Photographic Memory" was just lovely, the type of piece I'd like to see more of, and must be shown again soon!

Steve Carrol's poetry and performance were great, and the digitally enhanced piece that played continuously went through phases of being annoying, hypnotic, scary and lulling. It was quite strange how empty the place sounded afterwards without it. I also really enjoyed his collaboration with Nathan on the jumping video piece.

I was really happy to be in this exhibition. All the other atists showing were inspiring, and made writing haiku for them a joy. Nathan did a fantastic job curating, the placement of everything felt just right. Can't wait to see the christmas show!
