    Open Houses & Studios 2004

We're offering the opportunity to benefit from joining Artists & Makers - RAG's open houses & studios scheme - in 2004.

After founding the Art Trail and after running three years of successful open houses ... RAG, with support from Horsham District Council,  are working with artists and organisations from across West Sussex on a new-look, month-long, county-wide celebration of contemporary arts and crafts in 2004.

Artists & Makers will take place at weekends in July and it includes artists' open houses & studios in West Sussex, as well as a programme of music, poetry and other art exhibitions..

Artists who choose to join will benefit from the expert guidance of the RAG team, with artists who have taken part in open houses & studios in Worthing & Brighton giving guidance on...

    • increasing your sales
    • using your event to network
    • attracting commissions

Of course, RAG will be leaving artists free to concentrate on producing and selling work, by implementing a co-ordinated marketing strategy which includes

    • design and print of a new-look, full-colour guide
    • print distribution across the county
    • high-profile press and media campaign

The deadline for inclusion in the Artists & Makers guide is Friday 9th April 2004; so email [email protected]  for further information now.
