Top BBC gag man returns to Worthing comedy club

Exiled Cornishman Paul Kerensa is a writer and comedian who is a regular at the UK's biggest venues, as well as winner of ITV's Take The Mike in 2002. In the same year, he appeared in four new act finals at the Edinburgh Festival, including the televised BBC New Comedy Awards.
Since then he has written for various sitcoms, including BBC1 hits Not Going Out and After You've Gone, BBC2's Miranda, and sketch shows such as Dead Ringers, ITV's Headcases and BBC3's The Wrong Door.
He was awarded the Titheridge Prize as BBC Radio Entertainment's in-house comedy writer, and has also written for The News Quiz, The Now Show and countless others. Expect a multimedia show mixing gags, big screen silliness and mirth with math ...
Support act Mark Palmer is a South African born comic now resident in the UK who has been building a great reputation with his sharp, engaging brand of clean comedy.
Matt’s Comedy Club is a non-profit community club with a family-friendly ethos which has hosted shows in the town since 2008. Hosted by co-founder Russ Bravo, expect a warm welcome, some up and coming local acts to start things off, and a fun night out for all ages from 12 upwards.
