Blue Monkey Studios in central Eastbourne will have a studio space available from Jan 2009, for six months.
The shared open plan studio and workshop gives artists and makers 2.5 x 5m of personal space plus communal working areas, and access to a black & white darkroom.
Computer access and broadband are also available.Rent is �160 pcm (including bills) payable in advance plus one month's rent deposit required.
