Artist Leads Easter Egg Hunt At Historic Hotel
A historic Worthing hotel is in the hands of a well-known Sussex artist and she's planning to help families celebrate Easter in style.

As a member of the Revolutionary Arts Group, Debbie has exhibited at venues across South-East England. She has held a solo show at Petworth House Gallery, and recently exhibited at Worthing Museum & Art Gallery. She has assisted land artist Andy Goldsworthy, travelled to China to exhibit, and worked alongside archaeologists at Stonehenge.

And now Debbie has taken the role of Functions Co-ordinator for the Grade 2 Listed Beechwood Hall, a historic 'Swiss Cottage' at the edge of Amelia Park, Wykeham Road, Worthing

For Easter Sunday, 23rd March, she's worked with Head Chef Andy Davison to prepare a special family menu. There will be a children's colouring competition and the hotel's landscaped gardens will be turned over to a traditional Easter egg hunt. A range of activities will be suitable for all ages, from toddlers upwards.

"Beechwood Hall is one of Worthing's unsung heroes," says Debbie, "with a range of spaces suitable for everything from live music and art exhibitions, to family days like Easter Sunday."

The hotel recently hosted a meeting of Worthing Arts Council, and will take centre stage when the Revolutionary Arts Group use it during July's Artists and Makers Festival. It is regularly used for meetings, conferences and is a popular wedding venue during the summer months.

To book for the Easter activities, contact Debbie at Beechwood Hall on 01903 205049.
