Farnham Maltings Council of Management
Last year Farnham Maltings welcomed theatre goers, craft-makers, music lovers, and film fans of all ages. The organisation are currently looking for volunteers to join their Council of Management and help guide the Maltings over the next few years.
As the organisation continue to restore and develop the Maltings complex to deliver arts and community programmes to Farnham and the wider region, they are able to support many creative businesses with affordable studio space, advice and training. Eleven professional theatre and dance companies produce new touring works from the Maltings, and the wide range of community events continues to expand and flourish.
The Council meets five times a year and is the custodians of the Maltings, agreeing strategy and priorities and supporting the staff team in meeting our ambitions.
Farnham Maltings are particularly keen to hear from people with expertise in Community & Voluntary work, Education & Training and Commercial Business.
