Worried Performers in London
RAG Artist Ingrid Plum has been asked by Alma Enterprises gallery in London to collaborate with New York composer Chris Peck.
Ingrid will be directing a choir of trained and untrained singers for an experimental performance of Chris Peck's new "Worried" composition.
The piece features the American folk song "Worried Man Blues" performed in slow motion. "Worried" will be performed on Friday 17th March during the private view for the new exhibition at Alma Enterprises, 1 Vyner Street, London, E2 9DG.
Images and audio of the performance will be posted on Ingrid's website following the performance.
Ingrid previously worked with Alma Enterprises on "Vauxhall Pleasures" in 2004, with Anna Best and Paul Whitty, which involved a site specific performance later performed by Paul Whitty and Ingrid Plum at Tate Britain.
