Artists/Makers Wanted (South East Hampshire)
Making Space is in the process of expanding the pool of artist and craft workers that they work with.
If you are interested in:
- Leading hands-on one-off workshops
- Leading longer term courses/projects
- Being 'maker in residence' for a period at a local community venue
- Giving demonstrations
- Giving talks
- Allowing your work to be exhibited in local community venues
...and your Art/ Craft form is:
- Jewellery
- Textiles
- Ceramics
- Furniture
- Glass
Making Space is a new organisation that will run a purpose built facility in Leigh Park in Havant. The centre will include studios for professional craft makers and teaching workshops where people can come and try out different crafts making.
Making Space is working in community venues running regular workshops, exhibitions and taster sessions until the building opens.
