Artists & Photographer Wanted
A photographer is required for a collaborative, multi-art form project for the under fives in West Sussex.
Building on the CreatAbility pilot project (which took place in spring 2005), West Sussex County Council are recruiting a team of three lead artists and three locally based artists to develop some new work for a range of nursery settings in West Sussex. As well as an eight week programme of workshops in nursery settings, the project offers great opportunities for collaborative cross art form working and will lead to the publication of a new book about creative learning for under fives.
The team behind the project want to recruit a highly experienced photographer to work alongside a writer to produce a manuscript for publication which will document the project and explain the approaches taken. The fee for this work is £2500.
The project will take place in the summer term 2006 with a research period in March.
Interviews will be held in February.
